3 Seasons Lawn & Landscape is looking for a dependable and experienced Shop Mechanic to keep our equipment and fleet operating at peak performance. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in diagnosing issues correctly, working independently, and keeping a busy landscape operation running without downtime. If you’re mechanically inclined, organized, and reliable, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Diagnose and repair 2-cycle equipment (trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws)
✔️ Perform small engine diagnostics and repairs
✔️ Maintain and repair zero-turn mowers
✔️ Handle basic fleet maintenance (trucks and trailers)

3 Seasons Lawn & Landscape is looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Porter / Equipment Assistant to help keep our equipment, shop, and operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and equipment, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a professional landscape company. If you have mechanical experience, great. If not, we're willing to train the right person.
Schedule:
✔️ Monday – Friday
✔️ 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM
✔️ Additional hours may be available depending on urgent repairs and shop needs
What You'll Do:
✔️ Inspect equipment each morning before crews arrive
✔️ Check and top off engine oil and hydraulic fluid levels
✔️ Verify all equipment tires are inflated to proper PSI
✔️ Sharpen mower blades from the previous day's work
✔️ Change oil and perform routine maintenance
✔️ Mount tires on rims
✔️ Repair and plug tires
✔️ Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance
✔️ Help with mower servicing and preventative maintenance
✔️ Keep the shop and facility clean, organized, and professional

This position is designed to work directly alongside our current Manager, learning the role through hands-on training while helping oversee daily operations, quality control, crew performance, and field efficiency.
This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field every day evaluating properties, working with crews, solving problems, implementing systems, and helping ensure our standards are met across all accounts. What You'll Do:
✔️ Work directly alongside the Manager as a ride-along trainee
✔️ Assist with daily operational tasks and field management responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate crew performance, efficiency, and production
✔️ Conduct quality control inspections on commercial properties
✔️ Help map routes, schedules, and crew assignments
✔️ Ensure jobs are completed to company standards before crews leave a property
✔️ Train crew members and crew leaders on proper techniques and procedures
✔️ Assist with implementing and maintaining company systems and processes
✔️ Update and manage field applications used by crews
✔️ Identify problems and develop solutions that improve efficiency and quality
✔️ Serve as an extension of management in the field
What We're Looking For:
